I had cod which was exceptionally dry and had a lot of bones. My husband ordered a steak medium to well done which had to be sent back as it was rare. We ate our mains separately. The restaurant is one of the more expensive ones in Funchal. We felt so disappointed and had paid a lot of money for a very poor meal overall. Needless to say we will not eat here again. The staff were extremely apologetic and accepted their errors but made no attempt to resolve.
